What better way to bring your team or group together than through a rejuvenating, and uplifting class? Expand Wellness is our branch of workplace wellness classes, workshops and group events!

We offer meditation, breath-work, wellness coaching, mat or chair yoga, and so much more! We will curate every class to fit the specific needs of your company or group. Unsure what your team needs? We find that many groups benefit most from stress relief, energy enhancement, creativity and focus themed events.

 

Class cadence is up to you! Weekly, bi monthly, quarterly or even as an addition to a conference or event. Choose the length of the class, amount of attendees, and if you would like your classes on-site or remote.

WHAT IS CORPORATE YOGA

Corporate yoga is a set space and time for your employees to come together to relax and release stress through simple yoga poses and breath-work techniques taught by Karina (their yoga instructor!). There are many modifications offered during the session so that each person to be able to participate.

Choose your Class

First we set up a call to discuss the needs of your group, your goals and class logistics. Please take a look at the classes and workshops we offer below to see what best fits your group.

*We have liability insurance we can send upon request.

Complete 2 forms

After we choose the right class for your group, as well as the class length and group size, we send you a short intake form  to help us curate the best class for your group and an agreement sheet to solidly the date(s) of the class.

Time to Relax!

Time to enjoy a relaxing yoga class, meditation session, workout class or wellness workshop! After each class we will ask you how we did, and tweak each class to ensure we are hitting your teams goals, while creating a strong and healthy community.
