"Doing one on one sessions during pregnancy was a life changer. You really want the instructor to curate the session as much as possible to your specific needs, and Karina was able to do that. She gave me back my confidence even though it was so challenging to watch my body change, and she constantly reminded me that I am a warrior. 

Throughout the whole pregnancy, Karina and I met once a week and every session I felt stronger and more relaxed. Being consistent with the workouts built my strength back up, my low back stopped aching as much, I became more mobile and would always end the sessions with more energy. The biggest takeaway from my one on ones with Karina was being able to regain that level of confidence and knowing that I can do this. I highly recommend private sessions with Karina, especially when going through a huge body altering experience like pregnancy.
