Welcome! Karina Yoga and Wellness is a breath, movement and coaching community where we support and guide you to your healthy, grounded, and inspired self.

About Me

Hey I'm Karina, founder of Karina yoga and wellness! After graduating from college in 2015, I worked at a number of corporate companies in various marketing departments, experiencing and witnessing high levels of stress, burnout and major anxiety. During this time, I found my way to yoga, breath and meditation to help manage these symptoms and elevate my state of mind. By 2020 I fell in love with these practices and became a certified  coach and yoga instructor to help spread these modalities to others. Now I guide students through ancient and modern wellness rituals that have changed my life, and instilled a sense of grounding, discipline and strength within me.

In 2021 my husband and I welcomed our daughter Eva, and I added prenatal and postnatal practices to my life. I experienced just how powerful yoga, breath work, and meditation are when practiced with consistency, helping me with a smooth pregnancy and powerful birth experience. I applied these to my life during postpartum which helped me recover quickly. 

The power of breath and yoga has transformed the way I work, the way I live and the way I breathe. I can't wait to share it with you!
