Group Sessions

Karina Yoga and Wellness has group classes uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Sessions integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breath-work as part of my holistic technique. Join our community to fuel your motivation and accountability. We are in-person and on zoom!

Private Sessions

Private session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.

Online Classes

My zoom online classes are a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Grab a mat and ground into a powerful sequence from the comfort of your own home! You'll leave feeling centered and renewed. All classes are recorded if you need to miss the live version! Book online today.

Why get a yoga membership?

Fuel your motivation and accountability to stay disciplined to your workout, routine, and health goals by committing to a yoga class membership with us! Once you purchase a 3 or 6 month membership you can sign up for unlimited yoga classes we offer each week based on your schedule and needs. If you need to miss any classes you can make them up on your own time- all classes are recorded!

 

We've made it super easy to commit to your practice by offering almost all of our classes on zoom and in-person at our studio! Check out our class schedule for more information on type of classes we offer. We are constantly adding new classes to our schedule to support your needs and schedule!​
